MORBID RECORDS have been spending time in german court recently over some of the releases on the lable due to very strict german law's regarding censorship of extreme lyrical content . european distributor SPV and MORBID RECORDS have re-reviewed our lyric's in cd "blackest hymn's of god's disgrace" and more specifically the track "satanic victory" (lyric's available on our mp3 for this) and come to the conclusion that a lengthly jail term might be the possible out come over the distribution of this track in germany . ASLO after previewing the extreme nature of our jewish messia / christ hating lyric's for the new cd "waiting for his return" MORBID RECORDS are in fear of losing the entire record lable and serving lengthly jail sentances over the release of this cd . it has come down to a mutual agreement that EVIL INCARNATE will be freed from the contract for the new with said lable MORBID RECORDS and will be finding a new record lable to spread satan's propaganda to the world with the assistance of a yet undetermined lable outside of germany . it seem's that devil kult EVIL INCARNATE are coming ever closer to being banned in all of germany . GODS CHOSEN PEOPLE THE ISREALITES AND ALL FOLLOWERS OF THE WEAK CHRISTIAN RELIGION AND ALL WHITE LIGHT FAITH'S SHALL LOOSE THIS FINAL BATTLE IN THIS WAR OF WAR'S . SATAN'S TEMPLE RISE AS HEAVEN FALL'S !!!

FUCK OFF !!!
EVIL INCARNATE will begin work on our live dvd and video for the new MORBID RECORDS dvd compilation @ THE MASSACRE FEST . the live dvd will also include this video . we will also be recording our very first live cd release the night of the fest so if you would like to be seen and heard on these you better get in the fuckin pit !

lastly EVIL INCARNATE have decided to add one last song to our new cd so the recording has been delayed for a few more week's . we are re-recording a song off of either the 1997 "evil incarnate" demo. , or the 1998 "christ destroyed" demo. both of these are from the re-release cd /cass. "blood of the saint's" . we will have a decision on this at our next practice day .
also we would like to tighten up a little more on the song's anyway's . it will be better this way in the final outcome of the propaganda for you the fan's !

it has been a long time since the last update but here it is !!! NEW PICS : the photo's we took on september 11th @ 8:46 am 2002 in chicago with our new drummer are up . the bio. will be updated asap with new info. and a lot of old shit that no longer matter's taken out .
we are currently debating with our lable MORBID RECORDS (germany) our date for the recording studio (depending on them when it is financially possible) , so expect that info posted very soon , and of course shortly there after we will have word on our european tour that follows the records release .

HAIL , EVIL INC. play this saturday @ rubes on the chicago death fest early !!! we just finished recording our new single for the MORBID REC. 100th cd release compilation . the track is "terror in the holyland/9-11" . this will be the working title from now on !!! also we finished the SLAYER track for WW3 "piece by piece . we decided to NOT do the crew song .
THE NEW DRUMMER FROM CORPSE VOMIT . GARRETT SCANLAN HAS BEEN FUCKING AWESOME !
also real fast something funny happened to us 3 last memorial day weedend .
EVIL INC. (rob rigney/michael eisenhauer/garrett scanlan) went to the ZION IL. nuke plant on lake michigan to take our photo for "terror in the holyland/9-11" when we were stopped @ gunpoint by illinios state police , our film destroyed , and placed on a terror watch list !!!
of course they didnt understand that we are born and raised americans who stand and fight . they probly really think we are terrorists i suppose . oh well ! just thought some of you will find this interesting !

DEATH TO ISLAM , JUST DROP THE FUCKING BOMB !!!
there is a lot of news now that i have finally taken time to update everyone .
FIRST OFF the tour in MEXICO was awesome thank's to MORBID VISION'S RECORDS and crew . SECONDLY the rest of the tour was cancelled after EVIL INC. went back to thier homes due to the tour promoter here in the states ripping us off our payment . and waiting till the last week to finalize in stone with the club's . so unfortunately a lot of clubs were cancelling also in fear of losing loot since everyone with 1/2 a brain knows a week is not enough time for anything in this buiseness !!!
having said all that the 4 gigs in MEXICO were brutal and the fan's are the most die hard we have ever met , and KRABATHOR & MASACHISM totally ruled . as did the band's in mexico , horn's up to you !!!
know concerning europe this had to also then be cancelled till late this year or early 2003 . EVIL INCARNATE are focussing on the recording of the nearly completed new cd for a world deal on german MORBID RECORDS http://www.morbidrecords.de . the title is "waiting for his return" . heaven will be seen ablaze after satan return's during this time of growing chaos. the world is currently watching the end of time !!!
a brand new track from the new album is being released in the next few week's titled "tension in the holy land " . this will be a mp3 track on the web site and made available on cd comp's as a taste of what's to come from our death metal cult . we will be working hard to get this on internet and radio world wide with the help of our friend's and record lable .
also we enter the studio to do a hellish version of MOTLEY CRUE "shout at the devil" and next SLAYER "piece by piece" for record lable WW3 .
on the subject of cd tributes our tribute to DESTRUCTION "tormentor" is now released on DWELL RECORDS & TWISTED SISTER "the nature of the beast" came out last aug. so check these out !!!
wrapping the news up here i must mention we are currently travelling to the south side of chicago practicing with garrett from the band CORPSE VOMIT .he will be entering the studio with us on all upcoming recordings and making certain our upcoming appaerances at the OHIO DEATH FEST 2002 (april 26th/saturday 4:30 pm) & the coming CHICAGO DEATH FEST in june 2002 .
of course we are booking other smaller scale shows we will have posted soon also .
THE END OF DAY'S METAL FEST september 21st 2002 will again be in cooporation with EVIL INCARNATE and ABYSS RECORDS & again held at THE EMERSON THEATER in indianapolis indiana .
the attack's on september 11th in my mind marked the begining of the end . living in america we have freedom of religion and freedom to speak . i am a satanist and it is my right if i so choose . attack my country and you attack me . attack my family and you will die ! although i do not always agree with what our country does or share the same religion . i am however proud to be an american !!!
